Former military site

Finally I made a day trip to a good looking area I had in mind for a long time. I arrived after an one hour drive and hoped to explore a good habitat. Unfortunately most of the small ponds were already dry. But in the remaining waters, I found some amphibians, including my highlight of the day: a freshly metamorphosed European Tree Frog (Hyla arborea). In the meadows I saw a several Wasp Spiders (Argiope bruennichi).
